Decatur Housing Authority offers several different property styles. There are three high rise apartment buildings; the Concord High Rise - 87 - 0 & 1 bedrooms, the Hartford High Rise - 58 - 1 bedroom units and the Lexington High Rise - 103 - 1 bedroom units.  DHA has 50 Garden Apartments, these are single story  1 bedroom units,  There are 135 scatter site houses ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms.  We also offer 25 Townhouses that are 2 and 3 bedrooms.
